We build our knitwear to last, but accidents can happen. Whether your jersey gets caught on something or your dog gets a little too enthusiastic, we’ve got you covered. If you can return it to us, we’ll repair it free of charge.

The secret to cleaning your woolen jersey is – not too! Wool’s natural, anti-bacterial and odour-resistant properties, make washing it unnecessary, and sometimes even counter-productive. Instead, simply hang your woolen garments outside to air, or give them a gentle steam – try hanging them in the bathroom while you shower for a refreshing combo – to revive them. This approach may seem unconventional, but it is the best way to preserve the natural properties of wool, and keep jerseys looking at their best.

For any stubborn stains, spot treat them promptly. If a wash is vital, use cold water and a gentle, natural soap. Gently massage any deep-seated stains, then remove them from the water promptly. Next, wrap the jersey in a clean towel to absorb excess moisture.

Finally, lay the jersey flat to air dry on a well-ventilated surface, allowing the knit to breathe and maintain its natural texture.

The same applies for Mohair knits. Once dry, use a brush to gently re-fluff.
